Dr. Mina Shaker is board certified in internal medicine. He completed his undergraduate degree at Rutgers School of Arts and Science. He graduated medical school from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Overlook Medical Center, where he conducted research on hypercalcemia, participated in cutting-edge research on troponin, a cardiac enzyme, and was a member of the rapid response committee.
He has presented numerous articles and journal club topics. In the Shaker Medical Group, he is probably best known for his emphasis on evidence-based care. He serves as Associate Professor of Medicine at Seton Hall Medical School
Dr. Mina Shaker is on staff at Holy Name and Hackensack University Medical Center as well as multiple rehabilitation facilities.
He is available for night and weekend hours.
